Let me say out 1 more time:
I miss OBS. haha. Ok, before i went to OBS, there was a story. I was so called the last man to join OBS. Monday(8 June) afternoon, my teacher called me. I answered it and he said that I was in the reserve list for OBS. So, I was eager for OBS. Then, on thurs afternoon, received another call from my teacher. I am going to OBS. Hooray! But there was a sad news. I realised that Izzat pulled out from OBS cause he have silat competition. He was really happy when he got selected for OBS.. sad. Anyway bro, good luck for ur silat. And yeah, i was supposed to go for Yogyakarta from 16-20 June. But thanks to the swine, I'm stranded in home(sounds familiar?) Luckily, there was OBS. OK, the story begis here:

Day 1 -Strangers

Went to sch alone with my bulky bag. Arrived at sch, went to the playground. Talked an crapped with Irfan and Hanafi. 7.30, leave sch. Inside the bus, crapped like hell. Enjoyed my journey. Reached there, we had to separate into different groups. Thought that we all will be in the same group. Me went inside group 6. Did intro for a while, took a pic, then went to Ubin OBS camp 2. In the boat, I emo for a while. Arrived at ubin, did a formal intro. So, here are my group members: drum roll please..

Cool name huh? LOL. Did some admin stuffs after that. I was the IC for day 3. Nothing much. IC for a day. Then, all of us went to the stall (or what ever u call it). There were a lot of things inside there. The food arrived. 5 days 4 nights of food. Consists of bread, rice, canned food. Sort out the food, lunch, then got the trust fall. I called it the trust-er (terasa). LOL. Fun babe.. Next, did the belaying. Test-drive only. Then, dinner time. Cook at the sea side. Shoik giler.. Got this curry chicken very nice. After that, packed our stuffs. cause we're not going back to Camp 2 till Thursday evening. So, its like a camp in a camp. Packed, the fire alarm drill.. Didn't take that seriously.. then, did some last minute packing before going to sleep.. Smuggled some food. haha. Didn't sleep actually. Cannot sleep and just walk around. With Raihan's Woodlands Sec Takraw jacket! LOL. I love the jacket. haha. Wear for the whole night. Guess I slept around 4 with Hanafi, Fauzi and Irfan. Before that, we chatted.. I walked around. Chatted with new friends at the sea side.. Went to toilet like several times.. Saw dogs which are harmless..

Day 2 - Fearless (Yogyakarta Day 1)

Woke up at 6. Which was late!!! Supposed to meet at 6.30. LATE!! Bathe, and wore my CCAC shirt.. Semangat! But the time I want to unpitched the tent, it was raining, with strong winds. The tent was wet.. Grrr. Fold the tent then gather around 8. Still raining.. Then, did the high elements. Rock climbing only.. Climb like spiderman. Lunch then wore my wet shirt which Raihan thought it was body tights.. Went for kayak! So, have some briefing about kayaks and did some water safety.. Got this capsizing drill which was quite scary. cause i thought that i wont get out. and it's a "Must Get Out" thing.. finished it then just kayak to the sea. My partner was Ramona. At first, we almost hit the jetty.. LOL. panicked then i used my powers to prevent it.. haha. saw the planes. Feeling quite sad cause me and hanafi should be at Yogyakarta!! But now, we are stranded in an island, kayaking. Ok, back to the point, kayak towards the sea. Then, capsizing drill again.. Quite scared cause there are jellyfishes around.. Take a breath, then capsize.. Managed to float thanks to the life jacket.. yeah, and did some things before managed to get back to our kayak.. Then, had to kayak to Camp 1, which was like 1km away.. Fun!!

Arrived at camp 1, placed our kayak somewhere, then took our things.. Didn't bathe cause of time constrain. Our dinner was fantastic!! Finally, real food. Rice with chicken with some veggies. I ate at a normal rate, but my friends said that i ate really fast. Had to clean up the dishes, then, there was a briefing bout the sea exp. So, 4 groups will be doing the sea ex together: Hillary, Da Gama, Utama, Raffles. This is the part where i got a little bit shocked. "Day 3 ICs will be ur leaders for the sea ex tomorrow" man, i'm gonna lead. Being a leader was quite fun but leading the sea ex?? What if there's a tsunami?? Everyone's gonna die.. Ok, just take up the challenge lah.. Good learning experience what.. Then, there was a sea ex leaders meeting.. I will be the navigator, which means that i'll be in front.. Miss the supper, and yeah, got leg cramps during the discussion. went back with my group, and got lost for a while. Then, we pitched our tents.. For ur info, it was about 10 at night. Imagine how dark it is. The 'best' part is that we will sleep in the forest. Imagine how dark and how scary it is.. A lot of torch lights is needed.. Pitched, went back to the holding area, told them about the sea ex. We were forced to sleep at 11.30. But, I bathe for a while. hehe. I thought there was only me, Wen Xuen and Adam. As we walked back, there were some who were like waiting for us.. Arrived, tried to sleep, but can't.. too hot.. Some ppl went inside my tent, so, went outside.. Haha. Chit chat for a while.. I feel like sleeping outside cause it was cold :D Luckily, iznie told me there were space inside hanafi's tent. Slept inside hanafi's tent with fauzi and hanafi. Spacious plus thinking about the Yogyakarta first night. Oh ya, my 'hotel room' is 2 star.. :D

Day 3 - Heroes (Yogyakarta Day 2)

Wake up, it was freezing cold.. Unpitched the tent and were we late?? LOL. went to the place where we put our bags.. Brush teeth, changed clothes and perfume bath.. All ready, all set for the sea expedition.. Quite scary as i walked towards the sea.. Planned to set off at 8, but just manged to get the kayak ready at 8.30!! ok, "failure is the mother of success". Did dome warm ups before we kayak! Me and Ramo were the first one to be on the sea. 8.45, we sail off.. Like the sea breeze..
10 a.m: Good job guys, keep it up. U may now have a break.
11 a.m: You guys are doing well.
11.30 a.m: We've travelled 6km for the last one and a half hour. We have about 10km to go..
12.30 p.m: Lunch break.. Eat more, talk less. We have plan B ahead. And sorry, we forgot to bring the map. Another mistake..
1.30 p.m: Stamina's running low.. Persevere guys. We can do it!
2.30 p.m: This is the hardest part of your sea ex. Damn it!
3 p.m: Chek Jawa. The current is very strong. My muscles are developing :D
3.45 p.m: People already tired. "I don't think this is working. Squeezing so hard my hands are hurting. Ought to let go in the first place".
4 p.m: It is not how you start the expedition, but how you finish it. You want this to be your expedition or our expedition?? :(
"Guys, lets try to reach there by 4.15"
4.15 p.m: Haven't reach yet.
4.45: Reached :DDDDDDDDD

Arrived at dunno where, we take a rest for a while. We had been kayaking for 8 hours. Good job guys.. We are all very tired, so, one for all, all for one. Placed the kayak. and they were heavy. Then, went to the toilet. It was damn damn far from the campsite.. And there were no lights, so, at night, it will be damn dark. And, there are wild dogs.. So, the journey to the toilet is like a journey of courage :) Reached the toilet, the toilet was fantastic.. Cannot bathe inside the toilet.. Bags came, set up the tent. Went to the toilet to change, perfume bath.. Went back, dinner. Instant noodles. It was great cos we cook in darkness, under the night sky. Me and Ramona cooked 2 packets of noodle and shared equally.. Sedappppp. Then, night briefing. We had this night guard or something and it was fun.. Walk around.. After that, i slacked for a while. wearing the Woodlands Sec Takraw Jacket again :D Not long after, went inside my tent and sleep. And my hotel room was 3 star. Cause, when lie down, i could see the stars.. and it was very cool.. So, i did manage to sleep well.

Day 4 - The Sun (Yogyakarta Day 3)

Wake up, brush my teeth at the tree nearby. Then, me and naveen had this feeling of going to the toilet. But we didn't go cause i told naveen that just don't think of going to the toilet. Just Relax. Then, the feeling just go away, and we're happy :) Moving on, we had land expedition that day. and its hot. We start at about 9 (not sure cos i don't have a watch). Set off and the bag was heavy. Me and Raihan had a plan to be a hero for a day.. But the plan failed. Its ok. The sun was hot.. I was wet.. The sun reminds me of a song, the sun by maroon 5. Got this part where they sang, "take my breath away, make everyday, with all of the pain that i've gone through". Next few lines is just lyrics from the sun.
"And mama I've been crying cause things ain't how they used to be. She said the battles almost won, and we're only several miles from the sun"
"Moving on, own my street, see people I won't ever meet"
"Think of her, take a breath, feel the beat and the rhythm of my steps"

So, i used the song to reflect about the land expeition. As we move on, learn a lot of things. Raihan is a fan of Maroon 5! haha. Yeah, an there's also some quarrelling among us, cause we're tired. Along the way, we sang, joked around so that we will not be so tired. Oh ya, and the best part is to get to the highest point of Ubin. It was cool man. When u shout, the echo was great.. But if u fall, you'll die. Took a couple of pics. Oh ya, Esther injured her backbone along the journey. So, we the remaining 15 of us had to carry the load of 16 ppl.. Embracing the journey. We reached Camp 2 around 5.. Pitch up the tent with Adam, Syimir, Ramona and Fazillah.. 5 men show. Then, bathe before we had our dinner.. Dinner was great.. My best night. Cause ppl are getting crazier and that was our last night.. Took some crazy pics.. Dunno why the food suddenly taste so nice. I ate rice, and some chicken thingy and some fish thingy.. LOL. After dinner, pack up.. Then, went the campsite. At the campsite, everyone didn't sleep. It was like party. Everyone was outside of their tent, chatting. Last day what. And there were bodyguards who told us whether the instructor was approaching. Me and hanafi just walked around, chatting and singing. Then, someone shouted, "Instructor! Instructor!" everyone ran inside their tent, pretending to sleep. Instructor went off, then, the mini party started. Cause some of them wanted to sleep. Me, Hanafi and Fauzi stayed inside the tent, joking and fooling around. Then we chat. One by one, both of them went to sleep. WOW. I really admire the night sky, but I suddenly fell asleep..

Day 5 - Brothers and Sisters

Wake up, was early. woke my other team mates up.. So, still early cos we need to meet at 7.30. Anyway, the time was around 6?? unpitched the tent, didn't bathe cos we'll be doing the jetty jump.. So, me, naveen, raihan and syimir arrived early at the seaside and lie down there. last day. crapped. 7.30, we did the jetty jump. Thought of jumping like Peter Petrelli or Adam Levine. But then, jumped straight to the water.. The pressure, wow. h'roa'g. Appling physics in OBS. :D after the jump, went to bathe, placed our bag at a particular block. Did some admin stuffs, got my hp back :D Then, Kiah Hong did his last briefing.. We also did a reflection. One of them was the reflection about the best moment and the worst moment.

My best moment: The best would be when we end our sea ex cause we managed to kayak around ubin for 8 hours. And i managed to lead 62 other leaders to the ending point :D
My worst moment: Land ex. My heaviest journey ever. Think i lose a lot of weight after land ex.

Then, some of my team mates cry. I try not to cry.. It was really sad. We bond for 5 days and then we have to seperate. We are like brothers and sisters now. It's hard to seperate :( Went back to OBRC, did some self-reflect. 5 days at Ubin, it was really great. I realise that if i were to go Yogyakarta, i wont get this experience.. At OBRC, bought the OBS shirt. I bought the Yellow OBS shirt. Jiwa takraw dok! haha. Then, we left. This is probably the last time I'm coming to OBS :(

Met with Unitians and went to punggol MRT. Its like airport seh! Reminds me of the Yogyakarte trip.. haha. we went to harbourfront to eat KFC. Need to gain weight ah :D Obviously, we crapped a lot on our way back home.. Arrive at gombak, all alone again.

Yeah, that's my story. I know that I post this very very late.. Cos I was busy with school stuffs.. Sorry. And yeah, they say, "A picture tell a thousand words". will post some pics about OBS (hopefully). There was this quote, "There's something about OBS that stays with you for life". well, IT'S TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, the last few days of holidays..
today's monday the 22nd.
OBS was fun, but i promise will write about it some other time. Hopefully before the school starts.. So, I just wanna write all the things that happen on the first 2 weeks of holiday..

Busy with takraw, 6 June carnival especially.. and also extra classes.. Takraw was fun. trained tekong skills all the way.. but coach told me to train my strike, cause we shortage of strikers.. So, trained like hell. anyway, Maths class was ok. New chap, chap 5.. Quite confusing, but still ok. Physics. Chap 7-Pressure (press-sure). Pressure maut.. got one new formula: h'roa'g. LOL.

Now, 6 June carnival.. Knew it, I was damn busy. Came to sch at 7 and then start practicing the rap.. then got street soccer tournament.. Then, things clash.. My 2nd match clashes with the rap thing.. so, I went for the rap. as i went up the stage, nervous.. start rapping, it simply goes away. ahhh.. But we did a good performance.. after rap, changed shirt, quickly play soccer.. cannot miss 1 match..
Street soccer tournament was fun. Defend all the way.
1st match won 4-0 :D (scored 1 goal :))
2nd match won 4-0 :D (i nvr play cause went for the song-writing competition)
3rd match won 1-0 :D (golden goal)
4th match won 2-0 :D (semis)
Finals: won 2-0 :D
haha, my team won first place. Thank you.

Then, the results of song writing competition. Won 2nd place. Good job 3/6 Revolutionists! :D Lucky draw almost win that adidas watch.. grrr

At the end of the day, I was feeling tired.. Fun :D

So, writing this.
I just wanna say that I hope I can freeze time right now. The best thing is go back to the past, avoid my mistake and hope that things work out as planned. But in reality, we couldn't do that, could we?
